I was absolutely horrified by the lack of attention to detail. The room was missing basic things like clean tea cups and cutlery. I asked to upgrade my room after the water leaked, but it was refused. The staff's indifference when we needed a blanket for our sick child was just the cherry on top, unbeleivable!

Exceptional location, charming rooftop terrace, cultural immersion

Room décor clearly needs a refresh!!! The bathrooms could use better ventilation to avoid unpleasant odors, and old furnishings detract from the overall experience!!! Climbing several flights without a lift wasn’t convenient!!!

Istanbul vibes and family time 🇹🇷

The delux room was spacious, perfect for my kids. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Loved how close it was to everything—mosques and shops were a short walk! Daily fresh sheets and clean rooms made our stay feel special.

Only downside was the noise from the breakfast prep in the morning, a bit loud in the early hours.

The location is unbeatable. just minutes from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia! The breakfast spread was delightful. loved the fresh fruits and coffee! Staff was super friendly and attentive, making the stay even better!
